Refund policy

At Teleseen, we strive to ensure every product meets your expectations. Please read our updated return and replacement policy carefully before making your purchase.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and delivered.

Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible, please notify us within this period by emailing websales@teleseen.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  1. Please send or drop off the item to: Teleseen, No. 01, Off Anagarika Dharmapala Mawatha, Jayasooriya Place, Dehiwala.
  2. A replacement item will be issued.
  3. If the same item is unavailable, a comparable item of similar or lesser value may be offered at our discretion.

Note: Items reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

Garment Items

Garment and apparel items are not eligible for replacement or return, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect reported within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

How to Report an Issue

To request a replacement, contact us at websales@teleseen.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Items returned or shipped to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
